Our History

1996: Mr. Sun Hengfu, the founder of Lefa, came into contact with advanced Korean oil press technology and introduced the first oil press machine.

1997: Mr. Sun Hengfu began promoting oil press machines in China, attempting to develop the domestic market.

1998: Nanyang Lefa Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. was officially established, independently developing and producing new hydraulic oil presses and screw oil presses, leading to a significant transformation in the domestic oil press industry.

2001: Nanyang Lefa Machinery Co., Ltd. began producing auxiliary equipment for oil pressing, such as screening and frying pans, assisting customers with initial production line configuration and design, further improving oil pressing solutions, and establishing strategic partnerships with numerous domestic distributors.

2003: Obtained the agricultural machinery promotion license, further expanding the factory scale, opening up overseas markets, and establishing Henan Lewin Foreign Trade Company in Zhengzhou to cultivate the international market.

2005: Began developing and producing refining equipment for small and medium-sized oil mills, with oil products reaching the national first-grade oil standard, assisting customers with complete production line design, and achieving strong sales domestically and internationally.

2006: Opened branches in Hebei, Jiangxi, Anhui, Hubei, and other provinces, and established offices in Zhengzhou, Shangqiu, Xinxiang, and other cities in Henan Province, gradually expanding its scale nationwide.

2007: Lewin oil press equipment obtained multiple national patents and passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, ensuring standardized product production.

2009: Developed an independent oil material conveying system, further improving the design of automated production lines for customers.

2011: Lewin became a "group member" of the China Agricultural Mechanization Association and collaborated with well-known domestic grain and oil, sauce, and pharmaceutical companies.

2013: The International Trade Department collaborated with platforms such as Alibaba and Made-in-China.com.

2014: Obtained the 11315 National Enterprise Credit System certification.

2015: Collaborated with overseas companies in India, Colombia, Bangladesh, South Korea, Zambia, and other countries, further expanding the overseas market, with representatives from excellent companies in various countries joining hands with Lewin.

2017: The core technologies of more than ten products, including screw oil presses, hydraulic oil presses, and frying pans, obtained national patent protection, leading the advancement of the oil pressing industry. 2019: Established the Lewin Grain and Oil Machinery Research Institute, forged talent development partnerships with various universities, and assumed corporate social responsibility.

2021: Established partnerships with several large edible oil manufacturers both domestically and internationally, providing one-stop service from factory construction to handover.

2023: Overseas companies are now consistently purchasing machines from Lewin in bulk, deeply integrating into various international markets and gaining a strong reputation.

Our Factory

Nanyang Lewin Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., established in 1998, is located in the Lihe Industrial Zone of Nanyang City, Henan Province. As a major grain-producing province, the factory enjoys a superior geographical location, allowing it to access the latest technologies and receive firsthand feedback quickly. The factory has always been committed to the research and development and manufacturing of grain and oil machinery. Backed by research institutes and universities across the country, guided by the philosophy of innovation and breakthrough, and by introducing and absorbing advanced technologies from home and abroad, it has developed a complete range of oil press production capabilities with independent intellectual property rights and multiple national patents. Its products can pass the inspection of the "National Food Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center," not only meeting the new needs of domestic and foreign customers but also leading the industry in innovation and setting a benchmark. With its unwavering dedication to the grain and oil machinery industry, and to meet the diverse oil pressing needs of users at home and abroad, since 1998, the company has professionally researched, developed, and manufactured the 6YY series hydraulic oil presses, the 6YL series new type of spiral oil presses for both raw and cooked materials, and supporting equipment such as frying pans, vibrating screens, automatic air suction systems, shelling machines, various oil filters, and refining systems. Customers can choose according to their specific needs.

Lewin factory has a complete hierarchical functional division to more rationally and effectively produce and maintain machines for its customers. The factory covers an area of ​​57,000 square meters and has advanced production facilities and a complete management system. Our factory is equipped with over 400 large and medium-sized metal processing machines, ensuring independent control and efficient collaboration throughout the entire industrial chain, from material cutting and forming to welding, machining, and assembly. We have over 200 employees, including a professional team of more than 30 senior engineers and technicians who are responsible for product development, process optimization, and strict quality control, ensuring that every piece of equipment leaving our factory meets high standards. Our Products

Hydraulic Oil Press Series: Lewin brand fully automatic hydraulic oil presses, with models ranging from 6YY-185 to 6Y-355 and various specifications and capacities, covering the operational needs of different customers. This series adopts an electromechanical integrated design, featuring high automation, high working pressure, simple operation, and a small footprint. Its pure physical pressing process maximizes the retention of natural nutrients and original flavor of the oil, resulting in a high oil yield and clear, pure oil.

Screw Oil Press Series: Lewin brand new type screw oil presses for both raw and cooked materials, including models from 6YL-120 to 6YL-230. This series adopts advanced technologies such as vacuum filtration, rapid purification, and automatic temperature control, and is suitable for continuous pressing of various oil crops, either raw or cooked. It features flexible investment, strong adaptability, and high-quality oil.

Supporting Auxiliary Equipment: To build a complete oil pressing production line, we provide a series of supporting equipment, including: electric frying pans, vibrating screens, automatic air suction feeding systems, peanut shelling machines, pressure filter oil filters, centrifugal oil filters, plate filter presses, refining systems, fully automatic conveying systems, fully automatic oil pressing systems, and filling lines.
